1. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days for most locations. Remote areas may take a bit longer.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free across India on all orders.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will get a tracking link by SMS or email. You can use that link to check the status anytime.
5. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel before the order is dispatched.

6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for wrong or defective products.
A clear unboxing video is required for approval.
The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method. It usually appears in your bank account within 8–15 business days.
8. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges are offered only if you received the wrong product.
An unboxing video is needed for confirmation.
9. Is Cash on Delivery available for my location?
COD is available for most pin codes. If your area is not supported, our team will inform you.
