Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. This policy outlines how cancellations work at Salespod and helps ensure smooth order handling.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request to cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Please include your order number in the message.
If the order has not been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.
Important: Requests sent through Instagram, Facebook, or any non-official platform will not be accepted.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still want to cancel after dispatch, please accept the delivery and raise a return request as per our Return & Refund Policy.
3. COD Order Cancellation

COD orders may require confirmation through call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Orders that remain unconfirmed may be cancelled automatically.

Repeated cancellations may lead to the COD option being restricted for future purchases.
4. Prepaid Order Refunds
If your prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method
(UPI, card, net banking, or wallet).
Refunds usually appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Seller Cancellations
We may cancel your order in situations such as:

The product is out of stock

The information provided is incomplete or invalid

The order is flagged as risky by our payment gateway
If this happens, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued (if payment was completed).
